All products sold on this website — including articles, book PDFs, and other digital downloads — are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Articles purchased and downloaded
• Digital book files once delivered
• Duplicate purchases made in error (please contact us before re-purchasing)

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

• File not delivered: You were charged but did not receive a download link within 24 hours.
• Corrupted or unreadable file: The file you received cannot be opened or is incomplete.
• Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same product.

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

• Order number
• The product purchased
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Physical Books

If you purchased a physical book through this site, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
